Reiki is an ancient healing modality meaning "Energy Life Force." Our own energy centers, called chakras, can affect us mentally, emotionally, and physically whether active or blocked. When blockages occur, we can find ourselves afflicted with a number of ailments. Reiki activates the self-healing powers of the body through a reiki channel, or practitioner. All reiki sessions include an energy assessment and combine other modalities such as crystal healing, essential oils, or sound healing as intuited.

 

Long-distance reiki sessions are also available and include a typed and emailed energy assessment following the healing.
